- All reservations require a $350.00 security deposit as well as a deposit equaling 1/3 of your rental reservation, made as a credit card authorization at check in. The authorization will affect your available credit, and will be charged to your account, but will be refunded via check or credit card unless there is a violation of contract rules & regulations and/or lost or damaged property.
- Reservations are easily made via telephone (706-864-6107). Reservations can be made Monday thru Thursday (from 8am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm). Reservations will be made by staff and Dr. J.M. Clagett's practice. You can contact us anytime if you wish to make a reservation online please click on the main contact link and fill out the form. If you fill out this form your reservation is not final until a Cabin representative responds via phone or email.
 If making a reservation please note the following things:- 5% discount for repeat guests & military for holiday stays.
- Two night minimum for non-holiday stays. Three night minimum for Holiday Weekend stays. Three night minimum for peak seasons. Four night minimum for prime season. (please view renting rates for more information).
